PRODUCTIVITY SESSIONS
By working in sessions and taking breaks periodically, Focus aims to provide you with maximum focus and creative freshness, thereby allowing you to complete projects faster with less mental fatigue.

The process is simple. For every project throughout the day, you budget your time into short increments. You work for 25 minutes, then take a break for five minutes. After four sessions have passed, (100 minutes of work time with 15 minutes of break time) you then take a 15-20 minute break.

INTEGRATES WITH YOUR TASKS
Tasks are an essential part of your daily workflow so we want them to be integrated with every one of your sessions. With Focus it is easy to add, edit and manage your tasks. The first task in your list is the task you want to work on.

STATISTICS
See all of your data in one place. You can expand the Statistics view to see all of your completed tasks and associated sessions. Each section gives you an overview of your completed tasks and sessions for today, yesterday, the last week or the previous month. In addition, you can keep track of your sessions, completed tasks and archived goals.

MENU ITEM
With the Focus menu bar item, you can see all important information in one convenient place at the top of your screen.

Focus takes advantage of the latest technologies and comes with a clean and vibrant modern interface. You can also switch to a dark appearance.
