Limitless
Fix pop when adjusting clipper drive.
Prevent pops on enabling/disabling clipper.
Add two new clipping shapes.
Ceiling/Threshold text-entry - assume minus sign prefix.
Clip/Dither can be enabled/disabled by clicking their headers.
