The female vocals resonate in a cavernous space that’s very cleverly crafted to avoid dominating the mix. The synth parts share this space; simple riffs leverage signal processing and reverb in enveloping ambiences that are naturally easy to work with. The effects folder has transient hits, noise and percussion effects, and sustained tones—proper accents for the diffuse abstract soul context being explored here by Cyborgs.
