Multi-sample electric 5-string bass guitar instrument in Native Instruments Kontakt, Soundfont and ThaLoops Player formats. Fine tuned low-end is designed to go well with hip hop kicks. Genuine Bass is developed for multi genre music production. Play high key notes to express soulful RnB progressions or get into the low midrange for old school hip hop bass riffing.
Pick vs. Fingers? No more battle between the two techniques, because we sampled the bass guitar twice - using the pick and using the finger. Covering 3 octaves (370 samples) of a 5-string electric bass using fingers and pick technique programmed into two multi-sample presets. 5 velocity layers were recorded per each note (pp, p, mp, mf, f) Finger Sound preset has a duller and deeper sonic characteristics, best for mellow production. Pick Sound preset executes more treble and driver bass sound, ideal for aggressive rocking vibe.
KONTAKT (FULL RETAIL VERSION 4.3 +) All samples are provided in 24-bit .wav format.
THALOOPS PLAYER Available in MAC VST/AU and WIN VST formats. All samples are in 24-bit .wav format.
SOUNDFONT Presets programmed with 16-bit wav samples in soundfont (.SF2) format. Uses less CPU and RAM resources.
