This course is on Tanding or Pencak Silat Sparring. Sport Silat is a fast-growing sport that originated in South East Asian countries of Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. Pencak Silat as a sport is now practiced in over 40 countries around the world. This course contains over 3 hours of detailed instructions on the most popular techniques used in Tanding. If you are new to martial arts, this course will get you started in an amazing martial art that is effective and unique. If you are coming from another martial art such as Karate, Taekwondo, Muay Thai or even Judo or Brazilian Jujistu, you will find these techniques easy to learn.
