I have provided the brushes used in this class you can find them in the resources section, as with all my classes we will need a pressure sensitive pen, iPad and procreate app for this class, although these methods in this particular class are transferable to other digital art platforms.

in this class I will take you through my process in how I draw realistic looking cartoons from any reference photos.

we will learn first about sketching out our character and the tracing technique I use. Then we will go through how I block colour my figure using the selection tool.
You will learn the simple method I use to create shadows and also how to effortlessly add colour variety with no fears of ruining or going outside any lines.

finally how I create and build up skin tones, eyes, details and hair to give us this simple yet detailed high contrast cartoon.
