Most companies use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to filter candidates for open job vacancies. Applicant Tracking Systems are the HRIS systems that pre-screen applicants who have applied to job vacancies at an organization. These systems commonly screen out up to 75% of job applicants and somes even more.
