Although this course was designed for children, it will help everybody dealing with overwhelm and strong emotions. It is also great for adults on the autism spectrum. In this course you not only get an energy clearing for the child in your life, you also get an energy strengthening for yourself, while you actually learn to use the Yuen Method.The videos are also stand alone sessions which means just listening to one module while bring results.
