The journey of Self Discovery is a video course and workbook that will take you through the fundamental exercises to help weed out the garden of your mind and plant the seeds of self belief and self value. How many times have you set goals only to sabotage your results or lose momentum along the journey to your outcome?Many of us know what we want in life and would have a good idea on how we can achieve it, yet something holds us back.
