The quality of photographs is a topic of concern to every photographer. What are the quality criteria? What factors affect it? What is permissible and what should be considered as defects? In this class, we will analyze all cases of defects (overexposure / underexposure, blur / blur, noise or grain, distortion of different nature - promising, color, etc., compositional errors) and find out why they happen. The class will have many examples of all kinds of mistakes - moreover, some of these errors will be shown directly from the portfolio of world-famous photographers.

So why can they, and we can’t? And is that so? And in what cases is it really possible? And when does a defect become an artistic device? We will figure it out and get that baggage of knowledge that will give us a certain creative freedom.
