Food Photography for Beginners was created to help newbie bloggers or social media enthusiasts to find their path in the journey of food photography.

If you are a food blogger, Instagram influencer, a chef, or a food aficionado who wants to showcase mouthwatering creations, this course is for you!

Food photography is not the same as shooting portraits or landscapes. It has its specifics which you will master with the time. This course will guide you through the most important elements and rules you need to follow in order to start creating beautiful images right in your kitchen. I will explain you the basics of food photography, what makes a photo eye pleasing and what mistakes to avoid. You will find out in what areas you need to focus as you keep learning. Last but not least, you will understand what equipment you need for great food photography, even on a budget.

During the course you will dive into the different elements of food photography: Lighting, Composition, Styling and Shooting. You will have the possibility to follow me along in a smartphone photo shoot and see also how I edit the photos. Last but not least, you will will learn lots of tips about creating beautiful photos.

Most of the lectures go with a short handbook outlining the main points of the topic. This will make it easier for the students to learn and follow up.
